January 13th, 2020

Ari Diaconis was a beloved Skyframe client, but much more than that, he was an artist, writer, musician and lawyer. He was born on October 15, 1984 and graduated from University of Vermont where he studied economics, philosophy and Afro-Cuban percussion. Ari went on to graduate magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Cornell Law School. Cited by scholars and jurist, Ari’s legal writing touched on spiritual, religious and moral issues. His essay on love was published in The New York Times.

Ari’s paintings and drawings changed drastically over the 15 years he created art and we loved assisting him in framing choices every step of the way. His most recent pieces, which he named “Gradient Fervor,” reflected his belief that color affects mood and energy inspiring action and thoughts. Ari died at age 33 as a result of diseases which alluded diagnosis by the medical community. Ironically, one of those included a brain mass that distorted his perception of visual images.
