Skyframe runs a dedicated shuttle from New Jersey and New York to your Miami Beach booth at $1,000 for up to 10 pieces sized up to 40" x 60", or $2,000 for up to 20 pieces at that size. The shuttle is priced per run in each direction, so the return north after the show is a separate run at the same tier. Pieces over 40" x 60", or booths over 20 pieces, are quoted separately.

Yes. Booth setup and takedown is $880 flat per booth. That covers a two-man crew plus art install, and includes both the install visit and the takedown, up to three hours of labor. Time beyond three hours is billed at $250 per hour for the crew.

Exhibitors in the program receive 25% off custom framing. The discount applies to custom framing only and framing is quoted per piece. Storage, transport, delivery, and booth labor are as listed on this page.

Skyframe holds work in climate-controlled storage at our Wynwood location. Storage is $75 per month for pieces up to 40 x 60, and $85 per month for anything larger, with a one-day minimum. You can store a single piece or an entire booth.

Two options. We run a return shuttle to New Jersey or New York at the same tier as the outbound run, or a return delivery to Skyframe Miami at $250 if the work originated locally. Alternatively you can hold the work in Miami for a full year, ready for next year's show, which replaces the return leg entirely. That hold is quoted on request.

No. That is Track 2. Work already in Miami, or shipped in and received at Skyframe Miami, is delivered to a Miami Beach booth by a two-man crew at $250 for standard coastal area delivery, with a return delivery at the same cost after the show.

Yes. Skyframe produces custom framing at the New York, New Jersey, and Miami locations, and the 25% exhibitor discount applies at either. Which one makes sense usually depends on where the work is sitting and how tight the deadline is.

As early as you can. Shuttle space during fair week is finite and booking closes once capacity fills. Earlier inquiries get first hold on shuttle space and on framing production time, which is the constraint most exhibitors underestimate.

Yes. Choose International to Miami Booth on the inquiry form. Ship to our Hillside, New Jersey factory or our Wynwood, Miami facility, whichever suits your route, and we frame, store, deliver, and install from there. Custom framing carries the 25% exhibitor discount, and storage and booth labor are billed at the published rates. Freight into the United States and customs are scoped shipment by shipment, so request a quote for that leg. Plan for work to arrive by November 15.
