We take every possible measure to protect your artwork at all stages of production. By submitting artwork or materials to Skyframe for printing, framing, or any related service, you acknowledge and agree that, in the event of damage or loss—whether due to unpredictable circumstances, negligence, or any other cause—Skyframe’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the item’s loss of value only, as determined by Skyframe.
Skyframe is not responsible for consequential, incidental, special, emotional, or indirect damages, including loss of market value, sentimental value, or profits. Clients are encouraged to insure valuable or irreplaceable artwork independently.

Custom-Made Products (Final Sale)
All custom-made products and services—including custom framing, custom prints, mounts, finishes, and bespoke fabrication—are built to order.
All custom-made orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
In limited circumstances, and at Skyframe’s sole discretion, a store credit may be offered as a resolution. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
E-Commerce / Ready-to-Buy Items
E-Commerce / Ready-to-Buy Items
Returns are only available for eligible e-commerce purchases of ready-to-buy, non-custom items, including:
- Pre-framed artwork
- Mirrors
- Easels
- Display accessories
- Other non-custom retail products
Return Eligibility
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition and packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Do not return any item to the manufacturer unless explicitly instructed by Skyframe customer service.

Custom manufacturing and picture framing are handcrafted processes and may require more than one attempt to achieve a satisfactory result. Minor variations in color, texture, alignment, finish, or material characteristics are inherent to bespoke production and do not constitute defects.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these industry-standard tolerances.

In certain situations, Skyframe may issue a partial remedy—such as repair, replacement, or store credit—at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Items returned in a condition other than original.
- Damage caused by factors outside of Skyframe’s control.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

Review & Resolution
Once a return or claim is received and inspected, Skyframe will notify you by email regarding approval or denial and outline the applicable resolution.
