Shipping policy

We do not require signatures for deliveries. If you are worried about a secure delivery, we would encourage you to have your shipment sent to the nearest UPS or FedEx Access Point. In the unlikely event that your frame is lost or damaged, we will replace it. 

At the moment we do not offer expedited shipping. Our lead time is approximately 2 weeks due to COVID-19. If you have a particular date you need your order by, please contact our team at info@skyframe.com with the details of your project, and we will be happy to discuss options with you.
